    Concert Tickets:

  • Please note that all VIP packages require a concert ticket for entry, which must be purchased separately.

    Day of Show Meet & Greet Information:

  • Detailed information regarding the Meet & Greet will be emailed to you three days before the show date. This will be sent to the email address provided during your package purchase. Any changes will be communicated promptly.

    Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders for the Meet & Greet package must be placed by 5 PM on the day of the show.

    Age Restrictions:

  • Guests aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Accompanying adults are required to purchase a VIP package to chaperone minors during VIP activities.

  • Guests aged 13-15 may attend VIP activities without an adult but must be checked in by an adult with the VIP host. One adult can check in multiple guests.

    Meet & Greet Arrival Times:

  • All VIP guests must arrive within the specified time frames provided in the activities schedule. Please be punctual, as late arrivals will not be refunded.
